Bihar and it's talents in guise

Once upon a time Bihar was the world leader in all fields from spirituality to material progress. But now, Bihar insults its talents, forces them to leave the state, and harbours gangsters posing as scientists, politicians, etc. The most recent example is a "seismologist" from Patna who is projected by similar "scholars" and certain mediapersons to have predicted many earthquakes. But all such reports are post-event, there is not a single evidence of any earthquake prediction of this fellow being published in public domain before the event.

The reason why I call these fellows as frauds is the contradictions in their own statements. A schoolteacher from Motihari Umesh Prasad Verma is a researcher in the Dept of Geology in Patna headed by Dr MN Sinha. Look at the most essential points :-

Hence, only the scientists of Bihar possess the knowledge of this "most advanced method"! But the following statement shows that this Dept of Geology lacks the requisite equipment and gets the data from outside sources(http://www.firstpost.com/…/outdated-equipment-prevented-for…) :-

The height of idiocy is shown in the following statement at the same website :-
>"it was unfortunate that a fault in the data and image transmitted from Ionospheric Product Services(IPS) linked to an Australian satellite blocked our researchers from forecasting temblor in Nepal"

He says the images and data from satellite were faulty, and not his method ! Did the satellite sent images of some other places? Even a schoolchild can discern that this fellow is a fraud. He said :-
>"the images transmitted from IPS on April 22 indicated ionic disturbance in Myanmar, not Nepal."Had we been using advanced equipment we could have issued an alert to Nepal, not Myanmar."
He says Australian satellites and equipment are inferior and Biharis need superior satellites and equipment to make correct predictions! Idiots never doubt their own intelligence.

Final proof of fraud lies in the following claim :-

Its reaction due to joint gravitational pull of the Sun and the Moon would have an impact on the eastern northern hemisphere, of which north Bihar happens to be the most sensitive region, he says." Thus, from TEC and MMC, these "scientists" jump to solar eclipses! But these idiots cite NASA falsely, because there is no solar (or lunar) eclipse going to occur in Dec 2017. There are two solar eclipses in 2017 : 26 Feb and 21 Aug. I possess the NASA ephemeride and software for prediction eclipses and other data for 30390 years. Although the CM Mr Nitish Kumar is said to have supported these fellows, officials are preventing the release of funds for setting up an "Advanced Centre for Earthquake Prediction", because these officials know that these fellows cannot handle advanced equipment and it will be a mere wastage of funds.
A state headed by a drug addict CM can promote similar "scientists".
