Position of Hindi in South india
In Tamilnadu, if you speak Hindi, people knowingly don't understand you, so they will teach you Tamil language in 1-2 months only to the extent of daily living there. Tamil is worst as far as I travelled in India in the matter of Hindi language speaking .

Yes, In Goa and Kerala too, people knowingly Hindi, will never listen to you until and unless you speak English with them .

In Andhra Pradesh, people will speak poor Hindi only in Hyderabad because of Muslims languages resemble Hindi, but in other parts of Andhra, people only understand English, They don't know Hindi.

In Karnataka, where I am living r8 now, 40% employees are from Andhra, but they poorly understand Hindi, even can't pronounce Hindi words usable even. At tourists locations in Karnataka, where so many Kerelians come to see, they don't talk to Hindi people.

Andhra people have so dangerous reputation of we north Indians , they .even say very proudly in common-chit-chat that South Indians ruled North Indians. Even 85 year old people too feel happy to be ruled by Britishers, Christians, portuguese and other foreigners. They feel shame on us to have opposed invaders.

कानूनों से फर्क पङता है. किसी देश की अर्थव्यवस्था कैसी है जानना हो तो पता लगाओ की उस देश की न्याय प्रणाली कैसी है. देश में आर्थिक सामाजिक विकास तब तक नहीं हो सकता जब तक कि आतंरिक सुरक्षा व्यवस्था कड़ी न हो.
राजनैतिक, आर्थिक, सामरिक-क्षमता में, अगर कोई देश अन्य देशों पर निर्भर रहता है तो उस देश का धर्म, न्याय, संस्कृति, विज्ञान व प्रौद्योगिकी, अनुसंधान व जनता तथा प्राकृतिक संसाधन कुछ भी सुरक्षित नहीं रह जाता.
वही राष्ट्र सेक्युलर होता है, जो अन्य देशों पर हर हाल में निर्भर हो.
